Q. How can I place an order?

Step 1. Find and search for your desired product.
Step 2. Add to cart. Select color and size.
Step 3. View your cart and proceed to checkout.
Select the cart icon on the top right hand corner of every page.
Select the checkout button to proceed.
Step 4. Place your order.

A "Thank you" page will be displayed after receiving the order. An order confirmation email will be sent out shortly after your order has been submitted.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, this site only supportsCOD payments in the Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
Other payment methods will be made available gradually.
For urgent orders with other payment methods, some of our products are also available onMizuno Official Shopee Store, so please purchase through Shopee if needed..

Q. How do you deliver a goods and how long does it take for delivery?

All orders are delivered by our shipping partner, TikiNOW. Please note that we only ship to addresses within Vietnam.

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  1. Ho Chi Minh City (urban areas): 1-2 working days
  2. Ho Chi Minh City (suburbs): 2-4 working days
  3. Hanoi (urban areas) & other provinces: 4-8 working days

Please be aware of the following:

  1. Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  2. Additional processing time may be required during festive periods.
  3. Deliveries to remote, non-urban areas may require additional working days.
  4. We can only ship to a home or office address.

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not have telephone order service.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

Once we receive the order, it goes to our warehouse for processing.

Please make sure you are happy with everything before you confirm your order at the checkout page.

If you realize you've made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Q. Do I need to make an account to order?

You do not need to create an account. You can order by guest checkout.

Otherwise, a spelling mistake in your email address could be the reason that you did not receive an email.

Delivery

Q. When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order item in around 8 working days from when your payment is completed.

To be dispatched on the same day, your order must be submitted before 9 a.m. or it will be dispatched on the following working day.

*Please allow additional processing days during festive season.
*Remote areas outside city may require additional working days.

Q. Do you ship outside of Vietnam?

Unfortunately, No. please visit the local official Mizuno website for your country.

The best way to determine your size is to simply check the size of your shoes which fit the best.

Mizuno Vietnam Online store offers the latest gear and footwear that Mizuno has to offer, however, we might not carry every product that the company makes.

Product

Q. How long does a pair of Mizuno shoes last?

The best answer we can provide is you will definitely get plenty of km out of your Mizuno running shoes. Mizuno running shoes are renowned for durability. The number of km you can expect is between 500 and 800 km.

However, each Mizuno running model is different with different materials and construction. Some shoes are more durable than others because of the materials. Also, bigger runners will get fewer km out of the same shoe than a small runner will.

If a shoe’s upper is twisted and the midsole appears to be crushed, it may be time to get a new pair. There are also other subtle warning signs such as an unusual ache or pain after an easy run.
Better to buy a new shoe a bit early than too late.

Q. How do I clean my shoes?

The best way to clean your shoes is to use a soft-bristled brush (a toothbrush is fine) and wash away the dirt with a mild soap and water. Remove the insoles first. Then, allow the shoes to completely dry.

Do not put your shoes in the washing machine as the detergents used in washing machines are harmful to the glue in your shoes.

Avoid storing your Mizuno shoes under extreme sunlight and in a hot environment.

Q. If I accidentally purchased counterfeit Mizuno products from other websites or retailers, what should I do?

There are many counterfeit products around on the internet. If you think that you received one, please let us know by sending our customer support the following:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • The website/retailer you bought it from
  • Picture of the item (including all labels)
  • A copy of the receipt

Please note that as these items are not from us, we cannot accept them for exchange or refund.

If you choose to file a complaint against the seller, we would be more than happy to cooperate with any inquiries.
