CANCELLATION

You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Only cancellation request made by the means of email to Mizuno Online Store customer service (support.vn@vn.mizuno.com) and will be acknowledged. We do not acknowledge or accept any cancellation requests by any other means.. 

In the event that the relevant goods are packed or dispatched, you cannot cancel the order. Upon receiving the goods, you may still cancel the order in accordance with our 21 days return policy (see below). 

Customers are kindly requested to take photos of the item and package upon receipt if initiating a return. These photos, along with a clear explanation of the issue, should be provided with your return request.

RETURN METHOD

To return an order placed on the Mizuno Online Store, please contact our customer service via email at support.vn@vn.mizuno.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a return slip and detailed instructions on how to return the goods. You will be required to use the shipping carrier and send the items to the delivery address specified by Mizuno Online Store. Mizuno Online Store will be notified by the delivery contractor once the returned package is in transit and again upon its receipt at the designated address. Once the return process is completed and approved, and only if it is clearly confirmed that the issue is due to the fault of Mizuno Online Store, Mizuno Online Store will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 working days from the completion of the return process.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Customer may return their items with original tags intact and in their original packaging. This policy applies to all Merchandise except sale items discount more than 20%, consumables, perishables or goods that are affected by hygiene such as swimwear
All purchases in the Website (https://vnm.mizuno.com/) shall have a 21 days return policy from the date the customer receives the ordered Merchandise, provided that: (i) all tags are still attached; (ii) the zMerchandise is unworn, unwashed and unaltered; and (iii) the Merchandise is in its original packaging.
Depending on each specific case, the shipping fee will be applied as follows:
(a) For successful orders with no product issues, where the customer wishes to return the order for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, etc.): the customer will bear the return shipping cost, and this fee will not be refunded by us. 
(b)In cases where the return is due to a defect or shipping error attributable to the seller, the return shipping fee will be covered by us within a reasonable range determined by our policy, and the amount will be reimbursed together with the order refund.

In order to ensure that the value of the Merchandise is not diminished, Mizuno Vietnam urges the Customer:
(a) Not to damage the Merchandise;
(b) Not to remove tags attached to the Merchandise;
(c) Not to wear, wash, and/or alter the Merchandise.
2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:
(a) The Merchandise that has been scratched or soiled by the Customer (including the Merchandise with perfume or cigarette odors, and crushed or damaged outer boxes);
(b) The Merchandise processed after ordering (the Merchandise that has been hemmed, lengthened, printed, etc.);
(c) When 21 days have passed after the item arrived without any special reason;
(d) Made-to-order Merchandise; and
(e) Sale products (discount more than 20%) / outlet products. Merchandise purchased from parties other than Mizuno Vietnam. (For defective or damaged sale items, please refer to our "Return of Defective or Damaged Items" policy).
In addition, depending on the condition of other products, Mizuno Vietnam may not accept returns.

Return of Defective or Damaged Items 

You may return goods to us only if it is defective or damaged, and provided that your request is made within 21 days of such goods being delivered to you. For such returns, we will cover the return shipping fee up to a maximum of 50,000 VND. This amount will be reimbursed together with the order refund to the customer. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you of the proper procedure for returning the defective or damaged goods to us. In such cases, you may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s): 

1. The defective or damaged goods are purchased from our website (https://vnm.mizuno.com/)
2. A request for return notification is submitted by a e-mail and received by us within 21 days of such goods being delivered to you.
3. Defective or damaged goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
4. Defective or damaged goods are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories, delivery note and other material(s)).
5. Goods must be returned to our specified address within 10 days  after we acknowledge your request.
6. Our inspections confirm that the relevant goods are defective or damaged.
7. We will cover the return shipping fee up to a maximum of 50,000 VND. This amount will be reimbursed together with the order refund to the customer.

*Products that are defective with more than 20% discount can only be returned within 10 days upon goods being delivered to you. We recommend trying on immediately to ensure for good condition.

Return of Wrong Item

If the wrong item was delivered, you must notify us within 21 days of receiving the wrong item. For such returns, we will cover the return shipping fee up to a maximum of 50,000 VND. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the item to us. You may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s):

1. The wrong item are purchased from our website (https://vnm.mizuno.com/)
2. A request for return notification is submitted by a e-mail and received by us within 21 days of such goods being delivered to you.
3. Defective or damaged goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
4. The wrong item are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories, delivery note and other material(s)).
5. Goods must be returned to our specified address within 10 days  after we acknowledge your request.
6. Our inspections confirm that the relevant goods are wrong item.
7. We will cover the return shipping fee up to a maximum of 50,000 VND. This amount will be reimbursed together with the order refund to the customer.

No restocking fee will be applied to returned goods that satisfy the above-stated conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (shown below) from your refund if the returned goods do not satisfy any of the above-stated condition(s).

Further Notes

Any rights to refund or replacement set out in these terms and conditions are further subject to the following:
1. You must take all reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition.
2. Unless specified in the above terms and conditions, you agree to bear the cost(s) of returning the goods to our specified address. If you choose to have your order refunded we will refund you the total amount paid less any applicable freight charges and administrative fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. We are not responsible for any physical loss or damage to the goods when they are picked up by the third party courier or during while they are in transit.
4. Consumables, perishables or goods that are affected by hygiene such as swimwear are not eligible for return.
5. We reserve the right not to accept a return if they fail to satisfy any of the conditions stated in this return policy.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, no restocking fees will be applied to returned goods which satisfy the relevant conditions stated in this policy. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (shown below) from your refund if any returned goods do not meet any condition(s) specified in this policy.
7. Refunds will be processed within 20 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) upon collection of the returned goods. if you do not receive your refund within 20 business days, please feel free to contact us by email (support.vn@vn.mizuno.com), hotline (0911078309) and let the advisor know the details of your order and about your open question.

Duplicated order

In the event that you have placed duplicate orders due to your own mistake or due to any system/network malfunction, please contact us before the order(s) is/are dispatched and we will use our reasonable efforts to cancel the duplicate order for you.

Fraudulent Order

We have procedures in place to detect any sign of fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to immediately cancel all suspected fraudulent orders and ban the relevant user/visitor from our website unconditionally.

Security Check

As part of our efforts to protect the interests of both buyers and sellers, we may require you to provide further information or documentation to confirm your identity and the genuiness of your order. In the event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within one day after you placed the order, we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order at our sole discretion with no further reference to you.
